Who am I?
I've spent 15 years helping teams turn complex problems into products that perform.
Before founding Ursa Design, I worked embedded inside product teams and tech consultancies, which means I know what it looks like when design is an afterthought, and I know how to fix it. I've designed across B2B SaaS, enterprise software, agriculture, maritime, compliance, and automotive. These are industries where the stakes are high and the users don't have patience for confusing interfaces.
My approach is validation-driven. That means I don't skip research to get to pretty screens faster. I use it to make sure the right screens get built and that the decisions behind them are ones your stakeholders can stand behind.
What makes working with me different from an agency? You work directly with me, every time. No account managers translating your feedback. No junior designers doing the work while a senior takes the call. Just one experienced designer who's accountable for the outcome from kickoff to launch.
