When can we start?
Typically 1–2 months from when you reach out. But this will depend on the level of commitment you need and Ursa Design's current client standings.
What time zone do you work in?
Ursa Design is located in the US Eastern Time Zone.
Do I need to have a design team?
Not at all. Ursa Design can add a solo UX design expert to lead all of your design needs. If you do have a design team, we can augment your team with additional expertise.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Design doesn't end at launch. We offer user testing of live environments, feedback gathering via surveys or similar methods, iterative design improvements, and development support.
What’s your typical process?
Kickoff call, discovery phase, daily stand ups, prototyping, and regular communication with product managers and project leads. You’ll always know where things stand.
How do payments work?
Invocies are typically billed on a monthly basis. If you would like another arrangment, we can discuss this.
