About the project
The Product & Development Team was using AI generated UI Designs that weren't living up to their client's expectations.
By introducing the UX Design process through SME interviews, design thinking workshops, and UX design audits we were able to address user issues and client concerns.
Challenges
By having our design expert building AI rapid prototypes the project had more robost research, clearer communication with engineers, and faster timelines on both the design and development.
