Multiple user types and decision trees led to complex task flows.
Ursa Design helped take differing perspectives from eight different organizations across multiple countries and distilled these into global requirements to create solutions that worked for everyone.
This allowed us to turn complex audit processes into a prioritized task list customized by user to achieve clarity and speed.
